If you are unable to connect to a certain Virtual Location on your iOS device with Touch VPN, there might be a number of reasons:
Server Availability:
The Virtual Location you trying to connect to may be experiencing heavy traffic or temporary problems. Try connecting to an another Virtual Location with the Touch VPN app.
Network Restrictions:
Some networks, such as corporate or school networks, may block VPN connections or restrict access to certain Virtual Locations. If you're unable to connect to a specific Virtual Location on a particular network, try connecting from a different network or contact the network administrator for assistance.
Update Touch VPN:
Install the most recent version of the Touch VPN app on your iOS device. Updates may include fixes for connection problems or upgrades to Virtual Location availability.
VPN Protocol Compatibility:
Ensure that the VPN protocol used by the Virtual Location is compatible with your iOS device. Some protocols may not be supported by certain devices or iOS versions.
App Permissions:
Make sure the Touch VPN app has the appropriate rights to establish VPN connections on your iOS device. App permissions may be reviewed and adjusted in the Settings app under "Privacy" and "VPN."
If you continue to experience difficulty connecting to a specific Virtual Location, consider contacting Touch VPN's customer support for further assistance and troubleshooting.
Note: Clicking the Connect button always connects you to the optimal server location. All other places are only available in the premium edition.
