Why can’t I connect to a specific Virtual Location on my Android device?

Before troubleshooting, please make sure:

  • To identify the cause, temporarily disable any third-party apps that may interfere with your connection. For example, a firewall with strict settings, another VPN application, or antivirus.
  • If you cannot connect to a virtual location, turn off Touch VPN and access your favorite site in your browser to verify that you have an Internet connection.
  • Next, check if you’re signed in to your Premium account. To do this, open the app, select the Menu Bar on the upper left-hand side of the screen, and check that you are logged in and that it's a premium account or else Upgrade plan.
Note: If you are not using a Touch VPN Premium account, then you cannot select a few preferred locations as it would be locked. Only Premium account users can use them.
  • If the above has been verified, check the following:
Change the virtual location to check if this issue is with one virtual location or all virtual locations.
