Before troubleshooting, please make sure:
- To identify the cause, temporarily disable any third-party apps that may interfere with your connection. For example, a firewall with strict settings, another VPN application, or antivirus.
- If you cannot connect to a virtual location, turn off Touch VPN and access your favorite site in your browser to verify that you have an Internet connection.

Next, check if you’re signed in to your Premium account. To do this, open the app, select the Menu Bar on the upper left-hand side of the screen, and check that you are logged in and that it's a premium account or else Upgrade plan.
Note: If you are not using a Touch VPN Premium account, then you cannot select a few preferred locations as it would be locked. Only Premium account users can use them. -
If the above has been verified, check the following:
Change the virtual location to check if this issue is with one virtual location or all virtual locations.
