If Touch VPN isn't functioning with YouTube (e.g., the website or app detects your VPN, you can't connect, or YouTube is sluggish), follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check to see whether you're logged into Touch VPN Premium and the VPN is turned on.
To access YouTube, subscribe to Touch VPN Premium and log in to select server locations. Always ensure Touch VPN is running in the background.
Step 2: Check if you're connected to the right virtual location or not.
For example, to connect to Touch VPN servers in the US, select "The United States."
Step 3: Close Touch VPN, YouTube, and clear your cache.
1. Disconnect Touch VPN and close the application.
2. Sign out of your YouTube account and close your web browser.
3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
4. Open the Touch VPN application again and turn the VPN ON.
5. Go to https://www.youtube.com/, or open the application and sign in to your YouTube account.
6. Try watching YouTube again.
