Why can't I connect to Touch VPN at work on my Mac device?

When you try to connect to a VPN at work, you may see that the VPN is trying to connect but is simply spinning and never connecting.
If your office prohibits websites like Facebook and YouTube, you may use Touch VPN to overcome the barrier. Follow the steps below to connect.

1. To begin, make sure you have the latest version of Touch VPN installed on your device.
2. Next, verify if a password is necessary to access your office WiFi network.

3. Try logging in to the WiFi network first, then Touch VPN.
4. To identify the problem, consider utilizing mobile data alone or a personal internet hotspot. If using a VPN is against your company policy, we suggest you utilize mobile data or a personal internet hotspot.

5. Next, confirm that your IT staff is not restricted to VPNs on the network.

6. Try to contact your Network Administrator and ask the following:

Ask this because two VPNs can’t work well at the same time.
*Is there an existing VPN on the network?

(If any other VPN is there, then Touch VPN will not work at the same time).

Ask this because a firewall or antivirus program could be blocking VPN access.

*Is there a firewall or antivirus program set up that could conflict with VPN access?
(Firewalls or antivirus software always block VPN protocols. In that case, disable them so that Touch VPN can function properly).

If you cannot connect to Touch VPN on any network, you'll need to troubleshoot general device issues.
