Issue: I can't connect to Touch VPN from a public WiFi connection such as a coffee shop or railway station.

1. If you're trying to connect to Touch VPN from a cafe, hotel, or airport, you'll most likely require a password to gain access to the public wi-fi network. Make sure you've logged into the network first, then Touch VPN.
Please ensure that you have accepted all of the Terms and Conditions that may be given to you before using the network.
2. If you are trying to sign in from school or from your office, double-check that the network administrator has not blocked VPNs on the network.
If you are on an Android or iOS device and still cannot connect, please try the following:
Reinstall the Touch VPN Profile
Go to Settings and Re-install Touch VPN Profile.
Follow the instructions to install a new profile.
Open your browser. Sign into the public wi-fi network.
Reconnect to Touch VPN and sign into your Premium subscription.
